DIY Holidays and breaks (Accomodation only)
If you would prefer to come and just do you own thing we can offer you a choice of 3 different types of accommodation at chalet la tassonniere.
Self catered , you can take part of the chalet which would include lounge dinning and kitchen area with 3 or 5 bedrooms depending on the size of your party, prices range from 800 to 1400€ depending on the time of year.
B&B bed and breakfast accommodation is available prices start at 30€pp per night based on two people sharing. Evening meals can usually be provided If booked the night before.
Fully catered, Let us do it all , Breakfast , packed lunches ( if required) and a 2 or 3 course evening meal with wine or beer , prices on application

Down hill and cross country Mountain biking , cycling , white water rafting , kayaking , cannoning, , canyoning, Go ape, horse ridding trekking swimming ,via ferrata, climbing, paragliding and golf.We also have swimming pools tennis courts and lakes to swim fish or just relax by.

WALKING & HIKING HOLIDAYS
We are here to help you organise your perfect walking holiday in the alps. This is one of the most beautiful parts to explore and enjoy the outstanding vistas available in this lovely area.
Whether this is a day's or half day walks in the surrounding area of the chalet, or a longer trek travelling further a field staying in refuges along the way utilising our chalet as a base. We can drop you off and pick you up at your start and finish points in our private minibus anywhere in the vast haute savoie region.
As very keen walkers ourselves with lots of local experience and an extensive collection of maps and routes we can help you plan your own walks, or if required we also offer to accompany you if you would like some company along the way taking advantage of our all our local knowledge to access the hidden gems.
We can pre book your refuges and supply you with packed lunches, breakfasts and evening meals can then be had either back at the chalet or in the refuges.
Whether you take exclusive occupancy of the chalet with your own group or share the company of fellow walkers, you will discover the hidden treasures of the beautiful Haute-Savoie Alps.
We offer fully catered, B&B or self catered holidays. We are ideally places with some magnificent trails running directly from or close to the chalet, walks can range from easy strolls, medium trails or more difficult treks. In July & August the ski lifts operate for walkers and mountain bikes alike.

Summer

Walking
There are more than 300km of footpaths and well-marked trekking routes in the Portes Du Soleil. View Summer Map
Horse Riding
If you wish to see the mountains on horseback there are stables near- by. Riding trips can be pre-booked and are supervised by experienced instructors.

Mountain Biking
With over 500kms of mountain trails to bike on and chair lifts to get you started, the area has become well known for its terrain. Many events are hosted here, including the World Cup Downhill in Les Gets and the Avalanche Cup in Morzine. Mountain bikers can use these courses throughout the summer, along with the other courses in the Portes du Soleil.
There is also the Free Raid which is available for all to enter in early summer. This is a race for the all round riders (downhill and cross country) which takes you all over the area.

Golfing
Discover the Haute Savoie and the area around Lake Geneva an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is the perfect golfing destination for the most avid golfer. With many excellent golf courses within close proximity to each other.
The courses, somewhat undiscovered, are never overcrowded and wont burn a hole in your pocket. All this under clear Alpine skies and breathtaking mountain scenery.
Golf courses to suit all standards with many more to choose from than you might imagine. "Evian" the home of the European Tour, masters tournament is just down the road. Organising you holiday is simple, just arrange your flight to Geneva sit back and we will do the rest.

You will be picked up and taken to your luxury Alpine chalet in the heart of the French Alps. There you will be pampered by your hosts, Steve and Corinna.
They intend to make your stay as relaxing as possible, simply choose your courses to play and how often and you will be transported to and from the courses it couldnt be easier.
Of couse you are in the heart of the French Alps, with Switzerland a stones throw away, so there will be much more to do than just play golf. Boating or bathing on the banks of lake geneva, or sample many of the local restaurants and much much more.

Swimming
Whether choosing one of the crystal clear lakes such as lac Montriond or the large outdoor complex in Morzine with slides and children’s play areas you will have no problems finding a place to cool off.
There are many more activities we can arrange for you to do all within the surrounding area. See the list on the right of this section.
